Shipping Policy
Orders in Hong Kong
We offer free shipping for order value above HKD500. All orders within Hong Kong will be using S.F. service locations / lockers. There is a rate displayed based on the total weight of the cart during checkout. It will take between 2-4 working days for delivery. We will contact you if there is any delay of your order.
A surcharge of HKD20 will be applied for delivery to residential area and HK$30 for remote area. The surcharge will be borne by you.
Upon completion of your order, please fill in the location code of S.F. pickup point for delivery. You can refer the codes in below links:

International orders
We also ship worldwide to 32 selected countries. If your country qualifies for international shipping, there is a rate displayed based on the total weight of the cart during checkout. We ship by registered post and delivery takes an average of 7 - 21 working days.
If your parcel has not arrived within 28 working days and you have already contacted the local courier/post office, please send us an email to info@boonbui.com for further assistance.
It may take us a few days to assist in locating your parcel. If we are unable to trace the parcel, we will send out a replacement if it has been determined that it was not lost due to incorrect address information, rejection by customs, etc.
We will not be held responsible for any Import or Customs duties, levies or taxes charged by your country.
Return & Exchange Policy
We wish you to be happy with your purchase, if the item you received is not the same as the one your ordered, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange. We accept returns for products up to 14 days from the date of receipt. Any returned products must be in the original condition and attach together your purchase receipt.
To process your return or exchange, please drop us an email to info@boonbui.com quoting your order number.
All sales or discounted items are not eligible for return. Upon dispute, Boonbui reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
All shipping costs for the returned item will be borne by you. If an exchange is to take place, we will bear the shipping cost of sending the products out to you.
